Career Story
Mike Wachholz currently serves as the Managing Partner of Outside General Counsel. He has over 25 years of public and private company executive and board leadership experience. Mike’s previous roles include CEO and Chairman of Briefly Legal (an Alpine Investors portfolio company), CEO and Board Member of Geometric Results, Inc. (a Bain Capital portfolio company), as well as various other executive and board level positions. He began his career as a corporate and securities attorney and an investment banker, and he remains an active member of the Florida and Georgia Bar Associations. He is a recognized industry innovator and customer advocate, with a proven track record of leading high performing teams in the delivery of the very best talent, thought leadership and customer service possible to many of the globe’s most recognized brands.
